Although the first two steps are not required they are highly recommended. After

After you've been accepted into the program you will be provided with a link and a code that will allow us to track which orders came from your lead.
For example, if you have a blog named "Jill's Family" you might select "jill" as your code. On your blog you will link to our website using a link like:
